Ryan Reynolds and Baxter got away from girls (Blake Lively AND Penny) as they walked the streets of NYC.

Its been three months since Baxter and Penny were having their share of troubles so hopefully they've gotten along since then.

Must love dogs? Ryan and Blake are finding it hard to do so.

Penny, Blake's Maltipoo, is not digging Blake and Baxter, Ryan's golden retriever mix. When the divalicious Penny sees Blake petting Baxter, she is not having it!

Having to break Penny and Baxter causes the romance to fizzle. Sources say the couple is having a tough time with the two dogs:

They both love to sleep with their dogs on the bed but Penny wants to be the only pooch in the room. She tries to scare Baxter away. Ryan and Blake spend so much time trying to break up the feuding dogs, when it's time to go to bed they're so exhausted the last thing they think of is romance.

Ryan and Blake thought it would be good practice for when babymaking comes arond.

Hopefully, those baybays don't come too soon!

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been spotted together a lot recently.

But now it's just Blake and Ryan's doggie, Baxter, spending some quality time together.

Blake was spotted taking Baxter out for a walk, is her Maltipoo, Penny, snuggled up in that brown bag perhaps?

Baxter's a pretty lucky dog, getting to hang out on the set of Gossip Girl all day.

That must be where the term "you lucky dog" comes from.

Blake Lively was seen poking her head out of Ryan Reynold's trailer on the Boston set of his new movie, R.I.P.D.

She was there to give Ryan a surprise for his 35th birthday. He got back to his trailer to find that Blake had tied a whole bunch of colorful balloons to her little MaltiPoo, Penny.

They look like a really cute couple, like they're really happy together. Look at Blake smiling at him as he runs into her surprise.

Also, she's lucky her little doggy didn't float away!
