PETA and Kanye got beef…and PETA doesn't eat beef!

In his most recently released song, Theraflu, Ye takes a jab at PETA, rapping "Tell PETA my mink is draggin’ on the floor."

The folks for the ethical treatment of animals did NOT take this well at all!

Senior Vice President Dan Mathews said the following in a statement:

What’s draggin’ on the floor is Kanye’s reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings.

He’s a great musician but doesn’t seem to have the fashion sense to design anything more than caveman costumes.

We keep hoping that one day he’ll find his heart and join evolved style icons—including Russell Simmons, Pink, and Natalie Portman—who have dropped animal skins.

Harsh. Them is some fighting words!

This isn't the first tofu-snafu PETA and Kanye have had. Back in 2010, Ye and then gal pal Amber Rose sported long fur coats during Paris Fashion Week.

We'll see if this battle continues!

Pink Saves Injured Dog From Death!!

One of our favorite animal lovers, Mz. Pink, just saved a dog's life by paying for its $5,000 vet bill so that it could have an emergency life-saving surgery.

Pink read the story of a dog who suffered 3 broken legs after it was tossed off an El Lay overpass and into the L.A. River.

AWFUL!!!

When she read the horrible story, the big-hearted singer contacted the Ace of Hearts animal rescue organization and generously paid for the dog to get the surgery, saving its life.

Awww. Thank goodness!

What's even better is that the pup was adopted by a loving family.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, PINK!! You are wonderful! And thank you to the family who is taking in the little guy.

A Christmas miracle, indeed!

Pit Bulls' Have Been Historically Hired As Baby-Sitters

Now, finish your homework so I can eat it! LOL.

Today we think of pit bulls as one of the toughest, meanest, most violent dogs in America — but according to historians it's all a bad rap.

It wasn't that long ago that pit bulls were brought in as "nanny dogs," the trusted caretaker pups to watch over kids.

It's striking–and quite sad–to see such documentation of how beloved the now-maligned dog once was. The very same American pit bull is now more often associated with Michael Vick's dogfights, and stories of household pets gone bad, sometimes tragically involving kids.

One of Vick's 47 rehabilitated dogs named Mel, moved to Dallas with a new owner, and received an edible key to the city!

Over time, the breed, which was also bred to battle bulls and fight other dogs, picked up a reputation for a nasty nature.

Cesar Millan, the "dog whisperer" who is around the breed every day, says it's people who should be blamed, not the breed. Cesar said:

"Pit bulls get a bad rap because of irresponsible owners."

Responsible pit owners include Jon Stewart, Alicia Silverstone, Jamie Foxx, Jessica Biel, Rachel Bilson, Eliza Dushku, Pink, and Jessica Alba.

Selena Gomez Cut Controversial Horses From Her Video

Victory for Pink.

Selena Gomez is putting her painted ponies back in the barn.

Nearly two weeks after the pop/rocker hated on Gomez via twitter for using pink-painted horses in her upcoming music video for "Love You Like a Love Song."

Our source learned that the color-enhanced animals will no longer be featured in the clip's final cut.

Perhaps Selena has had enough of people criticizing her on the internet.
(cough cough jealous Justin Bieber fans! cough. )
