Kim K Won't File Police Report Against Flour Bomber

Way to let bygones be bygones, gurl!

Kim Kardashian has decided NOT to file a formal police report against Christina Cho, her flour bomb attacker.

And there was LOTS of dramz. Even a tar and feathers request from Janice Dickinson!

Kim K initially wanted to press charges and little sis Khloe cut ties with PETA to support her.

PETA even said they'd cover Cho's legal expenses, but it looks like that won't be necessary.

A source close to K-Dash says the following:

Kim ultimately decided that it was going to be more trouble than it was worth, and she didn't want to give Christina Cho a platform for her to promote whatever agenda she obviously has.

Kim is just too busy and has so much going on with her life to file the report, meet with investigators and possibly testify at a trial if Cho was going to be charged.

Remember, only prosecutors can determine if charges are ever going to be filed, that decision was never up to Kim.

The source also says that Kim is in a happy place with her new man, Kanye, and she's moved on.

Looks like this mess has been put to rest!

PETA Offers To Pay Legal Fees For Flour Bomber!

Even though PETA is denying any involvement in the flour-bombing of Kim Kardashian they have offered to pay the legal fees of the assailant.

A PETA spokesperson said:

"We don't believe Kim would be so shortsighted as to go after this woman, but if she does, we'll definitely look at how to maximize exposure to the cruel fur industry, and that could mean defending the activist if she wishes."

They think that Kimmy K should donate all her furs to the homeless.

Kim seems to be ignoring PETA when it comes to fur and is focusing on sending a message to any future flour-bombers.

On deciding whether or not to press charges, she said:

"I am just going to think about it, because I don't want someone to think they can really get away with that. So we are going to handle that."

We think we actually side with Kim on this one, PETA shouldn't support an attacker and bully.

Khloe Kardashian No Longer Supports PETA

We all know that Kim Kardashian was recently flour-bombed at a red carpet event.

But it's only recently come out that the woman who did the bombing had really close ties to PETA.

Khloe Kardashian once did an ad for PETA, and now she's not too happy with them.

Her problem is that the woman has close ties to PETA but PETA is denying this.

Khloe said:

"Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior. I’ve been a vocal supporter of PETA for a long time but I have also been very vocal about anti-bullying, so this was a huge disappointment for me."

So it seems like PETA is losing a very big supporter and possibly many of her fans as well!

Khloe then spells out how she plans on handling this situation:

"We all need to practice what we preach. I will still continue to NOT wear fur, but I will no longer support PETA. Bullying and harassment is NEVER a solution, and I won’t be a part of any organization that thinks otherwise."

We agree with Khloe on this one. C'mon PETA, you need to make sure your members know things like this aren't acceptable.

There is never an excuse for bullying.

Kim Kardashian Gets Flour-Bombed By PETA Activist! May Press Charges!

Gurl, we don't blame you!

Kim Kardashian posed for pics at the launch of her new fragrance True Reflection Thursday night when out of nowhere, some crazy PETA activist jumped out and threw FLOUR all over Kim's backside (pics above)!!

Kim totally played it cool though and was escorted off the carpet where she and her mom Kris Jenner dusted her off with a blowdryer. She later came out and joined the party, which was held for a special charity organization, Dress for Success.

The woman has yet to be identified, but Kim is actually considering pressing charges, even though at the event, she tried her best to "laugh it off." According to Kim, she wants to send a message to this lady that she's not going to get away with it.

This is what she had to say about the incident:

"I was laughing it off earlier and, you know, I think that is the only thing I knew how to do at the time. But I just think it is such a shame that someone like that…would ruin an event, or attempt to ruin an event, that was based around, not only my fragrance, but this organization, Dress For Success. I mean that's what the event was about. These women flew in from all over the country to be a part of this event, that are underprivileged women, that really got the shine taken away from them a little bit. That's why I am calling in now. I feel bad that it was kind of derailed from that.

I said earlier no I wasn't [going to file a complaint]. I am just going to think about it, because I don't want someone to think they can really get away with that. So we are going to handle that.

Now that I think about it and had some time to digest it, I think, 'What if that was some other substance? What if that person had a dangerous weapon?' It's scary. And what's even scarier is this woman acted as if she was a part of the press. She just came out of nowhere! And so we are definitely changing things up a little bit, amping up security, taking some measures, and…I'm gonna definitely deal with it because it is not acceptable."

Kim definitely did the right thing by holding her head high, putting on a brave face and werqing that party for charity! The event was for an amazing cause, after all!

She did have one more thing to say though….

Calling the woman a "bully," she later added:

"If you're trying to promote nonviolence towards animals … why are you trying to be violent towards humans?"

At least it was only flour!!

Supermodel Katie Cleary And Joanna Krupa Start Petition Against DASH Fur Line!

Joanna Krupa has a bone to pick with the Kardashians and their fur line of clothes!

So she joined an online petition against fur being sold at DASH, the Kardashian's store, started by supermodel Katie Cleary!

When asked why she has specifically targeted the Kardashians, Krupa said:

"Because I am fed up with them always wearing fur while being fully aware that many girls view them as a fashion inspiration, and even role models.

Being a star comes with not just fame and fortune, but with awareness and responsibility.

What angers me the most is that Khloe did an anti-fur PETA campaign, so you would think if she was so against fur, she wouldn’t allow it to be sold in their stores.

Plus she would talk some sense into her sisters and never put it on. It actually saddens me that one now has to question the genuine motivation behind Khloe’s PETA campaign."

Krupa herself did a PETA anti-fur ad and she is practicing what she preaches.

She and Cleary's petition's goal is to hit 10,000 signatures, and so far, they've far exceeded that with nearly 16,000 signatures!
