Jay Leno was talking about the Wire Fox Terrier that won best in show at the Purina National Dog Show.
He showed a clip of the runner-up backstage.
The runner up didn't take losing too well.

KStew went on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno where he pulled out an issue of W Magazine.
She was the gorgeous cover girl, but the topic of discussion was one of the photos inside, where she's draped in what appears to some sort of fur garment.
Leno said:
"You took a lot of heat for this picture."
Apparently many people just assumed that it was real fur.
So Stewart said:
"That’s not fur. I would never wear fur, ever."
Well thanks for clearing that up!
We're glad she cares about the animals as much as we do.

On The Tonight Show With Jay Leno a pelican was one of the guests.
As it started to escape the stage, the animal trainer had Julie Bowen, also a guest, impersonate the pelican to try and confuse it and stop it from leaving the stage.
And it totally worked!

David Hartwig, a horseshoer, got Skidboot for his wife as a last minute Christmas present.
It wasn't until after deciding to train the dog a little that David realized how incredibly smart Skidboot was.
