David Hasselhoff Cuddles A Wombat!

David Hasselhoff was at the Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Australia.

Taronga is such an amazing zoo!

The Hoff was lucky enough to get to meet a wombat.

And not only meet it… he was able to cuddle up against it!!!

He tweeted the above pic and wrote:

David Hasselhoff Has Crabs… Named After Him

A new species of crab was discovered, and scientists have named it the "Hoff" crab after, who else? David "The Hoff" Hasselhoff!

The name came from the fact that the crab has a hairy chest!

Ha!

It's a species of the yeti crab, an appropriately named hairy, white crab.

The crabs like to hang out in huge clumps, at some points nearly 600 crabs per square meter.

Pretty cool to have a crab named after you.

The Hasselhoff's Dog Is Addicted To Balls!

Tennis balls, people! Get your mind out of the gutter!

In the A&E reality series The Hasselhoffs series premiere, The Hoff's daughters Hayley and Taylor-Ann brought up their dog Coco's alarming addiction to tennis balls.

"My dog has a severe addiction to tennis balls and its got to the point that I don't know what to do anymore," said Taylor-Ann.

David Hasselhoff didn't seem to think anything was wrong with the little Yorkshire terrier, saying:

"Some people can go out and drink alcohol and have a good time and some people can go out and chase balls and have a good time."

That line may have worked if you didn't have a history of crawling around on the bathroom floor eating cheeseburgers after a night out on the town, but his daughters saw right through their fathers advice and called a pet psychic anyway!

Like a character written for a sitcom, the psychic said:

"What pets do is they pick up characteristics and traits of the humans. She has concern about you and thinks you are out a lot."

For Hasselhoff's sake!

That is pretty silly, but we wish the showbiz family the best of luck as they deal with their pets alarming addiction.

Remember, the first step is to admit you have a problem, Coco!
