Opie is very picky about who gives him his treats and Barack Obama is not on his list!
When the president "offers his stimulus package" to Opie, he just turns the other cheek!

President Obama was recently in San Francisco and while there, he grabbed some chinese food to go from a restaurant called Great Eastern Restaurant.
We're not exactly sure how that particular restaurant was chosen but all we know is somebody messed up.
That establishment is one of the few in San Fran's Chinatown that still serves shark fin soup.
As we're sure U already know, shark fin soup is a controversial dish because of how millions of sharks are caught every year and senselessly slaughtered by having their fins cut off and their bodies tossed back in the ocean to die.
And all for a soup that apparently doesn't even have much flavor.
