Ashley Tisdale was spotted out yesterday in Toluca Lake, California, taking her adorable pooch Maui for a walk.

The Tis and Teddy’s imaginary girlfriend looked stylish as they walked around town.

Ash looked sexy in some jean shorts and a "Love" tee while little Maui rocked a pink faux flower on her collar and pink leash.

So precious!
