Man Builds Village For Homeless Cats!

How adorable — but it sounds like a lot of work!

Craig Grant started Caboodle Ranch for homeless and abandoned cats on a 30 acre tree farm and he now has 660 cats on the property!

He puts in over 14 hours a day and he says the biggest challenge is finding volunteers. Each cat costs $550 a year to take car of not including extra vet bills. All the cats are spayed or neutered.

Craig says:

"We [currently] have 660 cats, we have barely touched on the first 5 acres of the 30 acres of land…The reason the cats are there in the first place is that there were not enough homes [for them]. The cats at the ranch have their forever home now. We prefer people adopt cats from humane societies, animal control etc, where those cats are on death row and are in desperate need to be saved."

We think he's crazy, but his heart is in the right place!
